SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY


Refund Policy:

Due to COVID-19 all sales are final for the protection of our customers and staff. Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges are not accepted at this time. If you have a concern or question about your order, please reach out to ShopDynamikBoss@gmail.com. We will respond to your e-mail within 24 to 48 hours. 

We are not responsible if your order is lost or stolen by carrier service and will not issue a refund. Please contact the carrier service if your package is lost or stolen. 

Shipping:

-Please allow up to 5 to 14* business days of processing / shipping time, unless stated otherwise on the product page itself. We will be shipping out orders Monday - Friday. Shipping times are unfortunately still delayed due to COVID-19, but we are dedicated to shipping as fast as possible!

-We are not responsible for delayed shipments, after you receive your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for your tracking number to update in the carriers system after you've received your tracking information. 

-If you place an order of multiple items from our accessories/clothing line and our Illustrious by Dynamik Boss skincare / LipGloss Collection your items will arrive in different shipments due to our separate warehouses. You will receive tracking information for all items once shipped. 

-We will only ship out Body Butters Monday-Wednesday to help insure that your butter doesn't melt or is held in a warehouse over the weekend. We will include ice packs to help, but some melting may occur.
